We at sugih4d hold all account holders to a set of commitments that protect both you and our platform. These terms cover what happens when you create an account, how deposits and withdrawals work, what we expect from you, and how we handle disputes. The entire process—from signup through identity verification to your first deposit and withdrawal—is managed on your mobile device, and our terms reflect that mobile-first reality.

When you join sugih4d, you agree to provide truthful information during signup and verification. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and resident in a supported territory where our service is available under local law. Entries, Payouts, and Settlement

When you place an entry on sugih4d (whether football markets like Liga 1 or Piala Indonesia, esports tournaments, or live-dealer games), you stake a fixed amount and receive confirmed odds. Your entry balance is deducted immediately. If your entry wins, we settle the payout automatically—there is no manual approval process. If your entry loses, it is settled closed, and your balance reflects the loss.

All settlements are final once the relevant match or game concludes (final whistle for football, end of game for casino). We do not void or reverse entries based on claims of connection loss, app crashes, or accidental stake amounts. However, if a settlement error occurs on our side (wrong odds applied, duplicate charge, etc.), we investigate and correct it with interest.

Bonus credits, if offered, carry terms set out in the promotion details. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses require a play-through condition (typically 5–10x the bonus amount) before withdrawal. If you request account closure, we process it immediately. Any remaining balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method within 24 hours. Closed accounts cannot be reopened—if you wish to return, you must create a new account. We retain records of closed accounts for compliance purposes.

Data Privacy and Security on sugih4d

All communication between your phone and sugih4d servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. We store your personal information (name, ID, phone, address) in secure databases with limited access. We never sell your data to third parties. Payment credentials—bank account numbers, e-wallet tokens—are processed directly by your bank or payment provider; sugih4d never stores them on our servers.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

We may update these terms at any time. We notify you via in-app alert and email of material changes (e.g., new fees, security requirements). If you disagree with a change, you can close your account within 30 days with no penalty. Continued use after a change notification means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the jurisdiction where sugih4d operates. If any clause is found invalid by a court, the remaining terms remain in force. Our commitment is to operate a fair, secure, and transparent platform. If you have concerns about sugih4d's conduct, report them to our support team immediately. Service is available only where applicable law permits.
